AI Disclosure

How AI works in Boro PM, what data it uses, and what it can get wrong.

The short version. AI in Boro PM only suggests. Nothing is written to a job until you approve it. AI runs on the AI account your firm connects, and its output can be wrong, so check it before you rely on it.

Where Boro PM uses AI

The rest of Boro PM is rule-based, not AI: Up Next ranking, status reports, workstream next actions and decision impact suggestions follow fixed rules you can see in the app.

Whose AI it is

AI features run on your firm's own account with an AI provider. Today that's Anthropic, through a key your firm supplies. Your use is governed by your agreement with that provider, including how long it keeps data and whether it can be used for training. Review those terms before you turn AI features on. Without a key, Boro PM works normally and the AI features stay off.

What gets sent

Only what the request needs: the note, email or document you submit, plus the job details needed to interpret it, such as checklist items, filings and consultants. It goes from your computer to your AI provider. Revivo Design LLC does not receive it.

Connecting your own AI assistant

Boro PM can connect to AI assistants that support MCP, the Model Context Protocol, such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Gemini and Cursor. Once you connect one, it can read your jobs and create tasks, notes, reminders and some filing updates when you ask it to. That assistant and its provider are not part of Boro PM, and their own terms apply. Connect only assistants your firm has approved. These product names belong to their owners, who do not endorse Boro PM.
