Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of boropm.com and anything you send us through it. The Boro PM desktop software comes with its own license agreement, which you accept when you install it.

boropm.com and Boro PM are provided by Revivo Design LLC, a New York limited liability company ("we", "us"). You can reach us at hello@boropm.com.
Using this site
You may browse this site and contact us about Boro PM. Don't use it to break the law, to interfere with how it works, or to send us anything you don't have the right to share.
Not professional advice
Boro PM is project management software. Neither this site nor the software practices architecture or engineering, gives legal, zoning or code advice, or guarantees any approval, permit, sign-off or other outcome from the NYC Department of Buildings or any other agency. The registered design professional on each job stays responsible for its drawings, filings and code compliance. Checklists, templates and examples are starting points and may not fit a particular job.
No affiliation
Boro PM is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NYC Department of Buildings or any other government agency. Agency names, programs and forms are mentioned only to describe them. Claude, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Cursor and other product names belong to their owners, who do not endorse Boro PM.
Descriptions and examples
We describe Boro PM as accurately as we can, but features can change before and after release. Sample jobs, addresses, people and figures on this site and in our videos are fictional or illustrative.
Early access
Boro PM is not yet generally available. Asking for early access doesn't create a contract or an obligation for either of us. If we invite your firm into a pilot, a separate written agreement will cover it.
What you send us
When you email us, we use what you send to reply and to set up early access, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you send ideas or feedback about Boro PM, we may use them to improve the product without owing you anything for them.
Our content
The site, the video, the Boro PM name and logo, and the text and design are owned by Revivo Design LLC. You may share links to the site and the video. Don't copy or reuse the rest without our permission.
No warranty
This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Revivo Design LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, and our total liability for any claim about this site is limited to one hundred dollars.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
