Project management for NYC architects
Run fifteen jobs. Lose none.
Boro PM tracks every filing, objection, permit and sign-off across your whole portfolio, and puts what needs you next at the top, with the reason. It is built around the way NYC jobs actually move through DOB, DEP, DOT, HPD and FDNY.

Sheet A-201Checklists
Every job type, every filing after it
New buildings, all three alteration types, demolitions and signs are built in, and so is everything that follows the initial filing: PAAs and subsequent filings with DEP, FDNY, DOT and Parks. Pick the building class and job type, and Boro PM seeds the full NYC path, from survey and borings to TR forms and the certificate of occupancy. Rows that don't apply are marked N/A with the reason, and a PLUTO lookup turns on OER items only where there is an E-designation. Your office can edit the templates.
Templates are starting points. They do not replace professional judgment, or an expediter's, on a specific job.
Sheet A-301AI
AI where it saves you time, on the AI you choose
Nothing is written to a job until you approve it. AI features run on your firm's own AI account, so your data and your costs stay under your control.
Log an update
Paste a field note or a consultant's email. Boro PM proposes the timeline entry, checklist changes, tasks and meetings, and you accept each one.
Objection review
Upload the plan exam objection sheet. Get a breakdown per objection, the affected sheets flagged, and a response work package started.
Bring your own AI
Connect Claude, GitHub Copilot, Gemini or Cursor through MCP, the open standard. Ask about any job, or have it log tasks, notes and reminders.
AI output can be wrong. Review every suggestion before you accept it, and check code sections and objection responses against the official source before you rely on them. Claude, GitHub Copilot, Gemini and Cursor are trademarks of their owners, which do not endorse Boro PM. AI disclosure

Sheet A-501 · Who built it
Built by an NYC-based architectural project manager who runs a full NYC portfolio and got tired of tracking it in spreadsheets.
Every checklist item and status in Boro PM comes from real jobs: new buildings, conversions, boiler PAAs, pavement plans and the sign-off paperwork that follows them.
